At Ecru Label, we use the finest quality of fabrics to ensure we achieve the best quality in all our products. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds at the moment however, we do have an exchange policy in place to ensure our pieces fit you just right!
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back.
